A "cookie" is a piece of data stored on the User's computer tied to information about the User. Schedr.com uses cookies to help Schedr.com understand how Users choose the Site, and to know when Users have accessed the Site from a paid advertiser, an affiliate website, or a strategic partner website. Solely for the purposes of confirming valid traffic from certain pay-per-click search engines, IP addresses for such Users are monitored, and may be compared to the records of that search engine.

These websites may include booksellers and other third parties that offer services or products that could potentially be of interest to Users of the Site. In some cases these links are displayed directly on the Site, and in other cases these links are displayed when the User clicks on a feature such as "Buy Books", "Rent Books" or "Download Books" that produces a compilation of products and/or services offered by third parties. If a User chooses to visit other websites from the Site, Schedr.com will not be responsible for the privacy practices or content of those other websites.

Although Schedr makes every effort to preserve User privacy, Schedr.com may need to disclose or provide access to Personal Information and/or Academic Information if Schedr.com has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with the law, such as in connection with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.
